Common questions
Hiring simulations run 20–30 minutes, enough to generate more behavioral signal than a 45-minute interview. Extended training simulations (60–180 minutes) are available for onboarding and leadership development. Scenarios branch dynamically based on decisions, so a short session generates rich, multi-dimensional data.
Every simulation produces a behavioral performance profile, not pass/fail. Dimensions scored include: prioritization, escalation logic, compliance adherence, stakeholder management, client empathy, and response quality. Managers receive a dashboard view for coaching review, and scores are shown as decimals (e.g. 8.2/10) for precision.
No integration required to run a pilot. Simulations run in a standard web browser or Slack. ATS and LMS integrations are available on enterprise plans and are typically configured after a pilot confirms fit. We don’t want integration overhead blocking your first data point.
Yes. Financial advisor simulations are designed with FINRA and CFP continuing education frameworks in mind. Scoring rubrics map to required disclosures and suitability language. We work with your compliance team before any advisor-facing deployment. CE credit provider approval is targeted for later this year.
